At Grupo Lefarc, we believe that every act of solidarity can help transform our community. Through our social responsibility program “Dejando Huella”, we have strengthened our initiatives in 2025, joining efforts with our employees and partners to support those who need it most.
On Thursday, August 22, we visited Casa Hogar Nuestra Señora de la Luz to celebrate Grandparents’ Day, bringing joy, companionship, and recreational activities to the residents. Team members from Lefarc, Corporativo, Euromex, Curtec, and Lefarc Light participated, sharing their time and enthusiasm in a day full of meaningful moments.
During the visit, we organized motor skills activities, singing, storytelling, and traditional games such as lotería and dominoes. The celebration also included a very special moment: we celebrated the birthday of one of the grandparents, sharing cake and the joy of the occasion.
The most valuable part of the day was listening to their life stories, which inspire us and remind us of the importance of valuing the experience and wisdom of our elders.
Although this was our first visit to this particular home, Grupo Lefarc has been carrying out this social initiative for over seven years in August, honoring grandparents who have contributed so much to our community.
Beyond this visit, we have carried out other initiatives throughout the year, such as Three Kings’ Day donations in January, support to Fundación León in August, and the acquisition of registrations for the Impulso Esmeralda Race, which were given to employees to participate in this charitable event benefiting the foundation.
Soon, we will hold the first TapaTon delivery to support children with cancer, the El Chamarrón campaign in December to donate jackets to those in need, and our City Clean-Up Challenge to help restore and care for urban spaces.
At Grupo Lefarc, we reaffirm our commitment every day to the community, the environment, and future generations, convinced that together we can create a positive impact that truly endures.
